the trip to new york ended with an all nighter in laguardia with minimal amounts of sleep in uncomfortable positions throughout airplanes and airports. zach got his painting portfolio on the interweb and he'll soon be having shows in the new york area (one can only hope!). here is a photo log from the trip as well. thanks to matt and brenna for the southern hospitality up north.

Brian McDonald is back!

After handling a new work load with wifey, and a baby human he's back in action shooting with all the cats in Chattanooga. He's started up a blog that he's been up keeping daily. Bookmark and check it frequently. Looks like some good times.

I recently received an email from a fellow Chatt filmer by the name of Alex Rose. It had a nice video from his spring break with Jim Arnold, Jay McDonald, and Nick Guertin. Maybe when Rose decides it's time to graduate to a real camera, the montages will be even better.

Recently, I took a nice break from la la land and drove out to Phoenix to hang out with the ol' buddies Randy Ploesser and Marty Murawski. I had a hell of a time hanging out with those two. If you guys haven't already checked out Marty's edit for Matix Monday's be sure and get to it! It's a good laugh for sure.

the raleigh trip was quite some time ago, but nevertheless here's an edit featuring ty's hut and the contest.


Pushin' to Raleigh

after almost missing a few connecting flights jason, zach, and i made it to nyc for a week long stay in the city. we spent today getting familiar with the friendly public transportation system, and playing a few hours of hit or miss (in reference to getting lost). i'll keep you guys in the loop with some posts and photos over the trip.

remember when i was telling you about our raleigh trip? oh wait, now i remember, i left you in the dark on that. dominion skateshop won the contest with the skatepark of tampa and vertical urge in 2nd and 3rd. justin and eric skated they're hearts out, and even collided in the middle of their heat. i'll have a video up by sunday covering the weekend.

i was in knoxville last weekend visiting some family and friends. the rain shut out any hopes of skateboarding, but it gave me plenty of time to watch a few gems from manny's movie collection. maybe next time.
